The professional fee is 980 USD.

Official filing fee for entering the national phase in China.
No filing fee or additional filing fee is payable if the international application has been filed with the State Intellectual Property Office of the People’s Republic of China as receiving Office. In this case, we will amend the application fees accordingly.

The official fee is 155 USD (950 CNY).

The Chinese Office examines patent applications as to substance only upon a request for examination and the payment of an examination fee which must be effected within three years from the priority date.
No examination fee is payable if the international search report and the international preliminary report on patentability have been issued by the State Intellectual Property Office of the People’s Republic of China.
Furthermore, the examination fee is reduced by 20% where the international search report has been issued by the Japan Patent Office, the Swedish Patent and Registration Office or the European Patent Office.
Our Chinese patent attorney will check whether these examination fee reduction criteria exists and will make the necessary reduction accordingly upon receipt of your order.

The official fee is 408 USD (2500 CNY).

Professional fee for receiving and forwarding official documents.

The professional fee is 60 USD.

A translation fee of RMB 112 per 100 original words or characters is payable.

The professional fee is 20 USD.

The National Phase may be entered into into China up to 2 months late bu paying the requisite fee.

The professional fee is 285 USD.

The official fee is 163 USD (1000 CNY).
